Question about a good PSU for a low budget build.

Trying to build a PC(my very first as well) and here is what i am thinking:

CPU:AMD Athlon x4 860k
Mobo:ASROCK FM2A78 PRO3+
RAM: D3 1600 8GB C11 Kingston
GPU:Radeon r9 270 by XFX

Not going to overclock anything for now,so the only extras that i will have is a 92mm fan and a 7200rpm hdd.What is your recommendation about a good PSU for a build like this?Was thinking about a Corsair VS550 PSU 550W since it fits the budget,but would like to hear an experienced advice.

P.S Sorry if i posted this at the wrong place,long time lurker first time poster.

Where do you live, and what's your budget for the PSU?, I may be able to suggest a better unit.

I live in Greece and my PSU budget would be from 50 to 80 euros,might go higher if the deal is worthy.To be honest i'm not worried about the power demand,but about the quality.

It's at 92 euros but i would imagine it's money spent well.Just so that i won't bother you anymore,what should i look into when it comes to parts and what not.How can can i decide that a PSU is good when it comes to quality?I will try to research a bit before i invest on that Antec.

It should do the job and have enough room to spare for overclocking provided that you buy the V2 version of the B600.
