Hi,
I'm planning an upgrade for my CPU and motherboard in a week. I currently own an Intel G2020 CPU (pretty old and sucks). I plan on buying an FX6300(which I'm fixed on) but cant choose a good <100$ motherboard for it that can handle the CPU at stock or low OC. The ones that I have looked at are:

MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard(the one that I'm leaning towards because of its sexy red and black look)
Asrock 970 Extreme3
Asrock 970m Pro3(found it recently and the reviews say its really good for its price)
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
Asus M5A97(pretty solid board but the blue color is a turn off for my red and black chassis)
MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition

If you guys have any other suggestion, I'm open to it but please keep in mind that i can spend less than 100$ for the MB. Also I don't plan on changing my decision on the CPU.
I'll be using the PC for mild gaming like DOTA 2, BF4 type games.
I have an Asus GTX 750 and a Corsair VS450 power supply.

Thank you.

I have a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P, its a decent little board, I have OC'd my Athlon 2.8Ghz to 3.5Ghz (upped Voltage to 1.452) and it runs fine. The North Bridge gets a bit hot, 45c idle and 60 under stress, but its within acceptable limits.

I've read on other forums that this board doesnt have good VRM, so shouldn't OC too much. I'm planning to get a FX8370 and push it up to 4.5Ghz.
