New build will everything work together

Hi im planning on buying a new pc in the next day or so and would like to know if the following will work together and not bottle neck the system and will the cooling be ok.

both builds use bad power supplies. switch to the G2 supernova power supply. and as for HH's build use asrock extreme 3's motherboard; then it'll be perfect.
