ccleaner wont start in normal or safe mode

was up toms haerware


i have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times both in normal and safe mode but ccleaner wont open hope i can get help thanks


my specs
cpu- i5 3570k @ 4.5ghz @ 1.26v
gpu- gtx 980 @ 1565 mhz
motherboard- asus p8z77 v-lx
ram- 16gb corsair xms3 1333mhz
powersupply- corsair rm850
cpu and gpu both on custom water loop
windows 7 ultimate

yes both in normal and safe mode and nothing happens even after the reinstall and i even checked in task manager and clicked show processes from all users and still nothing it doesnt show up there. so its not active i think i dont know whats going on thats why im here

yup that did it i changed the name and its working now thanks alot

i have microsoft security essentials and it said it was ok but i only did a quick scan ill do a complete scan now
