Upgraded to Windows 8.1 lost wifi connection

Hi, i have a VALUESTAR N VN770 / DS6R PC-VN770DS6R, i upgraded my OS to 8.1 and now i cnat connect to the wifi, cause theres no wifi and i tried connecting it on wire it doesnt connect, can anyone help please.

Windows doesn't have all the drivers by default and I've had bad experiences about drivers from 8 going over to 8.1 not working.
long story short:
are network cards visible in device manager? if yes, install drivers.
if not, you could try installing intel chipset drivers. seemingly it has HM65express chipset and chipset package seems to have support for win8.1

I fear my ability to help more is limited, googling for that gives just asian websites in languages I don't understand.
