I recently came to the realization that I need to get myself a computer, and a laptop just won't cut it. I can get more out of my money with a desktop, but that's about all I know. I'm not quite tech savvy, so I figured I'd ask around before I go blowing my cash on something I have no knowledge on.
My budget is currently around $1k. I'll be needing this cpu for gaming, such as ESO, and graphic design/digital art programs like Paint Tool Sai.
I've had a few people suggest Intel or Asus, but they didn't exactly go into detail past that.
I'd love to buy it all premade; I know building one myself would be best, and I'd be willing to do it, but (like I said) I'm new to this so it'd be out of my comfort zone.
I'd love to hear suggestions on what system I should get, or specifics on what I should be looking for. I can buy the monitor separate, so that's not too much of a worry for me.

Sounds like a great deal, honestly! Someone in the reviews mentioned they played Dragon Age: Inquisition for 8 hours straight with no issues so ESO should run perfectly. Sai isn't spectacular compared to Photoshop's newer versions but it's easy and cheap so eh?
I was just told to find a model with a decent graphics card, is the
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 3GB a safe bet then?
I'm pretty much sold if it is.

Awesome, thank you two for all the help! I'll probably purchase this within the next day or two.
As for monitors, are there any specifics I need to look for?
