HELP me with Win8 PC waking up

Windows 8 waking from sleep on its own.
i went to cmd and i typed powercfg -lastwake i got this?

C:\Users\Dustin>powercfg -lastwake

Press the windows button on your keyboard. Type "Action Center" without the quotes. Click on the Action Center button.

When that window comes up click on the Maintenance heading. Under Automatic Maintenance click "change maintenance settings".

In that window uncheck "Allow scheduled maintenance to wake up my computer at the scheduled time". Then click "OK" at the bottom.
