Need a new build (SMALL AS POSSIBLE WITH GTX 970)

Hey, okay so im wanting a new build but have no idea about cases tbh.

I have a GTX 970 Superclocked by evga atm and i want the smallest build possible with this card.

Current specs:
AMD FX6350
HyperX 8gb ram
gtx 970
1TB hdd
and an ASUS M57al-m motherboard.

Now i want to completely scrap this build and sell it to a friend.
What i would like is the smallest build possible with £400 budget and im keeping the GTX 970 i currently have.

I would prefer an intel build and i am planning on just gaming and a bit of edititng. Thanks for all the help

Needs a CPU cooler if you want to overclock. Z97 with Wireless AC for the small form factor goodness. Cheaper motherboards without wireless, but I like to toss in the Z97 chipset for future upgrades. Could pick up a Broadwell-K when they are released.
