How big ram frequency on amd apu A6-7400k

I want to build a pc using the amd a6 7400k and it's integrated gpu. I know, that i need high frequency, but how high? i can't decide if it's worth to buy 2400mhz cl11 or 1866cl9 it's fine. The diference in price isn't too high, im worried about the latency.

Ok, thanks, the motherboard supports 2400mhz so i will probably go for that. Thank you very much again, sir!
