my keys on my keyboard ( t p j u ) always tend to stop working on my keyboard i have work to get done and really need this fix

you could try cleaning it, but it's probably a cheap rubber dome keyboard, where it would be better to just buy another $12 keyboard.
If you have the cash, getting a mechanical keyboard is really nice.

buy another keyboard
if your keyboard is a desktop keyboard it is very easy to replace
but if your keyboard is a laptop/internal kbd, you need to bring your laptop to service center
