I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit after previously installing a 32 bit,( didn't know) I have a dell latitude tablet bit now my touch screen isn't working and now I have to be connected to a mouse n keyboard. Does anyone know why this is happening?? And how can I go about rebooting my system with command prompt? Could I? Please help somebody....
