Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them...

After running sfc/scannow from the command prompt, I received this result.

I was able to locate the CBS.log file, which is supposed to contain the details. However, I'm not able to interpret it. I have an original Windows 7 DVD, so if I can identify the corrupt files, I believe I can replace them.

Any guidance on how to read the CBS.log file?

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.

I'm actually trying to avoid reinstalling. It would be quite a big effort in my case.

The CBS.log file is pretty long and complex. But if I can understand what files are corrupt, I'd probably have an easier time replacing those than reinstalling.
