Will my power supply be able to run my graphics card.

Solution
No, that power supply just doesn't have the right connectors. The 280x requires 2x 8-pin connectors while the PSU only provides 2x 6-pin connectors. You are going to need to find a power supply that provides more wattage.

For an R9 280X a 600w power supply is recommended. You can use this link to check recommended power requirements for VGA cards.

The card only has 1 8pin connector and 1 6 pin connector

Yep, I was looking at another 280x. Either way, your PSU doesn't have an 8-pin connector so it's not going to work.

I might be wrong on this but the psu description says that it come with 2x 6+2 pin connectors can't I just use one of the 6+2 to make it a 8 pin and just use the regular 6 pin on the second connector.

Note I will not be over clocking.

You could do that but it would be taking a gamble when the system is under load. That PSU can provide up to 38 Amps on the 12v rail while the video card you want to install uses 30. Considering that power supply doesn't use components rated to even withstand it it's max amperage, I would not suggest taking that route.

Why not just spend a bit more and get a better PSU? Not only will it ensure your system doesn't fry, but better voltage regulation will help overall system stability.
