Welcome to the community, The guy who like to game!

I'm sorry to hear about your WD Black not being recognized after the clone. :( Can you check if the drive is recognized in BIOS or Device Manager, though? I'd also suggest to try to plug it on another computer and see if it will get detected there. Another thing that might help is swapping the drive in a different SATA port on the motherboard, maybe even try using a different SATA cable.
If the drive is detected in BIOS, you should try and test it using the DOS version of WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics. It will help you determine what is wrong with the drive without booting into Windows. Here's a link to the utility: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=bpA385

Hi again!

In this case, I'd suggest to try the drive in another computer, see if it will show up there, the issue most probably comes from the cloning process itself. Do you have the Windows Installation media? Was it pre-installed in the system?
If you do have it, I'd suggest a clean install or at least try to run Windows Repair, see if that will improve things. A clean install will require pre-installing of all the software programs, so I'd suggest you to back up any important data beforehand!

If the drive is not yet formatted, you can attempt to redo the cloning procedure. Maybe give Acronis True Image WD Edition a try, if you haven't already: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=Z6oxzb

If the WD Black is not showing up anywhere, I'd recommend contacting our tech support and let them know about the issue. If the drive is still within the warranty period, you should be able to RMA it and get a replacement. Use these links:
