550w gold rated psu for OC gtx970 and i7 4790k or 650w ?

So i'm going to get a MSI gtx 970 and i7 4790k for my build. Would possibly like to overclock them both in the future. Would a gold rated 550w psu be good enough or should I shell out the extra cash for the 650w just to be safe? The build also includes a M-atx motherboard, 250gb samsung 850 evo ssd and 2 tb seagate hdd.. Thanks :)

I 2nd anort's opinion, if you choose the rm550, it has it's total power output of 550w
available on the +12v rail where it's needed most. So, it is in effect conservatively rated
and a sys with a 970 can run on a lot less +12v amps (28 +12v amps) than the rm 550
has 45.8.
