If you are virus free and malware* free, I'm thinking it is the result of some housekeeping done by one of the programs you have running in the background. You might try running something like CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
That will rid the system of most registry errors, software conflicts, and junk files. But if the problem is what I mentioned above, that won't cure it. You'll have to start disabling background apps and see which one is causing the mystery files to end up in the recycle bin.

You might try opening regedit and searching for the string ".bundle". Maybe it will show up along with an app name that will give you a clue. And maybe not.

(the app may be malware you didn't intend to install)

I'm a little late to the party but I am also having this issue and it is evidently Plex Media Server causing it. I don't know why it is using the recycle bin for housekeeping and there is no workaround that I've found yet, but at least we know that Plex is the culprit and it's not malware (depending on your opinion of Plex ;) but you get my drift). Anyway my Google search also turned up this post so I thought I'd share in case you hadn't figured it out yet. I hope this helps!
