Problems with seeing Talon DVR Cameras from computers in private network

I am having problems viewing our DVR camera system from an office computer on our private network.

Our camera system is plugged into the ISP router and is working and allows for remote viewing. The computer is located on our LAN behind our firewall companies router. After a lot of work I can finally get the computer to try and access the camera, however each time now it says log in failed disconnecting and continues to cycle.

There is nothing wrong with the User/pass it is correct, any clue why I am getting this problem? I can see the feed externally but not in store? I was told possibly problem with NAT loopback not enabled but ISP tech gave me dead air and had no clue what I was talking about. Any suggestions?

Since the camera system is not also located behind the firewall, have you configured the firewall to permit access?
