My current graphic card and can it be upgraded?

My laptop currently has 2 graphic cards installed and i was wondering which one was better as in for gaming. I am also wondering can my graphic card be upgraded and to what extent and cost. I currently have 8gb of ram so i think thats enough only the graphic card only being a issue thanks.

The R5 graphics are the graphics built into the AMD processor of the laptop. The R6 graphics are from a separate graphics processor and is better than the R5, but your system should be running them both together (AMD Dual Graphics Technology) for the best effect, though you need to make sure you have the latest drivers.

Check your manual, but I'm virtually certain that you can't upgrade the graphics in that laptop. The R6 chip will be soldered directly onto the motherboard. Laptops just aren't designed for upgrading in that way.
