I'm sorry to see this SMART result of your WD Green drive!
It seems like it is failing and has bad sectors! I'd strongly recommend backing up the data from it ASAP! Make sure it is safe somewhere else on another drive/device.

If the WD Green is still covered, you should get in touch with our technical support and RMA your product to get a replacement.
