I am using HD Tune Pro to monitor my HDD and I have noticed this.

Should I be worried and buy a new HDD?

Hello there, iFaymous!

I'm sorry to see this SMART result of your WD Green drive! :( It seems like it is failing and has bad sectors! I'd strongly recommend backing up the data from it ASAP! Make sure it is safe somewhere else on another drive/device.
Afterwards, I'd suggest you to check your warranty here: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=8ChmKH
If the WD Green is still covered, you should get in touch with our technical support and RMA your product to get a replacement.
WD Tech Support contacts: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=dNqIns
How to RMA your drive: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=4Fpvmg

Let me know if you need further assistance! Hope I was helpful!

Thanks for the quick reply. I actually just defragged it in the last 24 hours so there is definitely something wrong with it. I was having problems writing video files to the disk too.
