Personally i would go with Hitachi drives, they are most reliable at this moment and also quite cheap.
Second choice would be either WD Blue, but its only 1TB max or Black.
Seagate in terms of reliability is the worst thus i would try to avoid them, had personal issues with them as well.

If you are aiming to write raw video data then even RAID0 over 7200rpm drives would not be enough since 24bit @ 1080p @ 60fps :24*1920*1080*60=2.98 Gbit/s which is 372,5 MB/s
But i guess with DXtory you gonna use compression anyways thus any 7200 rpm drive would be sufficient but only if its a dedicated drive for that, any other hdd activity especially in mixed (read/write) mode will put that drive to its knees.

Those offers are generally in price range of Caviar Blue which is half the space..
If you are really worried about performance, take 2 and put into raid 0, 4TB of quite fast space for just over 120$
