Best HDD for Video Recording?

I plan on making videos using Dxtory and would like a drive that is not only big but is fast enough to support 1080P video at 60 frames per second. Here are the two drives I was looking at.

Should I go with the WD black because its faster or would the Seagate be fast enough for what I am wanting to accomplish?

The cheaper one will write around 145Mbytes/sec the black one is about 150. I have many of the cheaper drives and they are quite fast at writing for a non SSD solution.

I am very confident both will work. I would go with the cheaper drive.

Personally i would go with Hitachi drives, they are most reliable at this moment and also quite cheap.
Second choice would be either WD Blue, but its only 1TB max or Black.
Seagate in terms of reliability is the worst thus i would try to avoid them, had personal issues with them as well.

If you are aiming to write raw video data then even RAID0 over 7200rpm drives would not be enough since 24bit @ 1080p @ 60fps :24*1920*1080*60=2.98 Gbit/s which is 372,5 MB/s
But i guess with DXtory you gonna use compression anyways thus any 7200 rpm drive would be sufficient but only if its a dedicated drive for that, any other hdd activity especially in mixed (read/write) mode will put that drive to its knees.

Those offers are generally in price range of Caviar Blue which is half the space..
If you are really worried about performance, take 2 and put into raid 0, 4TB of quite fast space for just over 120$
