I need to rate this low budget gaming-PC

Hello, i've been looking around to find a good low-budget system build, but I need it rated:

AMD Athlon X4 860K 4.3GHz Quadcore
AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB Graphics Card
8GB 1600MHz RAM
1TB Hard Drive

I don't want to play the latest games on Ultra Settings, I just want to play them on Medium-High.

I would want a better GPU, 260 at least. If this is a pre-built, consider getting one without a GPU and putting in your own, making sure that the PSU you get can handle it.

right, the r7 240 is pretty weak, you can actually get an AMD APU that has the same functionality built right in to the CPU. in any case, you'll need a stronger GPU to reach medium-high settings (assuming the desired resolution is 1080p).

CPU is decent but the GPU is terrible, 720P on medium at best.

It's a prebuilt PC. My budget is around £400.

For your budget you should probably just get a cheap i3 machine with windows, then chuck a gtx 750ti in there:

That's the sort of thing I was thinking of. At the low level, a prebuilt core can be a relative bargain, especially if you need OS.
