the title spoken i m gonna get the gtx 960 and i want to ask if 2gb is enough in 1080p high-ultra settings no antialiasing (idk how to spell this )

For COD: AW, it is yeah.

If you can afford the 4 GB version, get that instead for future and some current titles.

i have decided the build my gpu budget is 200 euros i live in greece my pc specs i5 4430 1tb hard drive 630 plus bronze psu 8 gb of ram with a 1080p monitor with a asus b85m-g motherboard all in a corsair spec 03 case

Yes 2 GB is enough but newer titles it might not be, you will be ok regardless.
