1 that's a nice processor even if you don't overclock
2 no, stock cooler are really bad for overclocking. even though aftermarket coolers have very low RPM their cooling performance would be far better than stock cooler. the stock cooler may have 5k RPM because it cant cool the cpu at 2k rpm. so if cpu gets hotter then its RPM would increase. But a cooler like hyper 212 evo can cool even at 1k rpm.

I wont suggest you to overclock for your uses
1) Gaming
2) Surfing The Net
3) Homework And Other School Tasks!

Unless you do some multithreaded works, the processor is good.

I'm a bit confused about one thing though, Look at the comparisons between these two GPUs:

http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/?gid=883&graphics=GeForce%20GTX%20750%20Ti

http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/?gid=1865&graphics=Radeon%20R7%20260X

The R7 260X has much better specs than the GTX 750 Ti? What would you go for? Also, what do you think of the rest of the build? I mean is it compatible with each other or not?

Thanks!

Can I run in dual channel if I buy the same ram twice? i.e, buy to at a time or is it compulsory to buy kits?

Also, is this HDD:

compatible with the B85 Motherboard?

Thanks!

dual channel would perform better than single stick. it would only cost INR 500 extra to get 2 x 2gb ram.
why you want only 80gb and that too sata II type by a unknown company which is currently unavailable?
get a wd blue 1tb hdd for 4200 from flipkart.

If there is one thing I know for sure, Its the fact I wont be gaming at a resolution higher than 1366x768.. What if I decide to go for a GTX 750 Ti 2GB edition like RobCrezz said? Which one would you suggest then?

Thats cuz I already have that HDD, And I bought a 1TB WD external HDD a few months back.. I dont need that much space, since I only have 3 purpose for my computer:

1) Gaming
2) Surfing The Net
3) Homework And Other School Tasks!

And the external drive is perfect for that!

I would still go for the 2gb version, so you can use anti aliasing, better textures etc, 1gb is quite limiting these days.

Two more things:

1) Is the processor as great even if I don't overclock?
2) If I overclock, Will the CPU Fan+Heatsink that came with my older CPU be enough for it? The Fan speed can reach a total of 5K RPM, And the ones I'm seeing on FK have a RPM of only 1.9K and such, and the highest I found was 2.6K RPM.. As for my current temps, My CPU is usually about 29 c and a max of 45 c.. It is a Dual Core Processor that is like 7 yrs old!
