Low-Budget gaming PC

Hey guys,

i want you guys to suggest me ...... my friend's on pretty low budget for a new PC....

based on that i came up with two configurations.....

1)
intel pentium G3258
Gigabyte H-81m s
GT 730 DDR5 1GB or 2GB version
4GB RAM DDR3
a psu

or

2)
intel core i3 4130 or 4150
-suggest a mothernoard here-
-no graphics card-
4GB RAM DDR3
a psu

which one to choose????

R7 250x ddr5 (HD 7770) is a nice option for a budget gaming build. imho you should get it :D
The G3220 could handle this R7 250x ddr5 w/ all games but GTA5.
But even a oced pentium G3258 cannot run GTA5.

india.... and budget is around Rs. 16k ($250) for cpu + graphic + ram + mobo + psu.... thats a tight challenge

P.S. either gaming or browsing or watching videos ....... one thing at a time..... no two things together....

that is 15600

if i go with G3220 then grand total would be about 14500 (without bargaining)

so is G3220 good??? i can go for an R7 250x ddr5 if i choose G3220
