Greetings, I'd like to know if my configuration is good.

So, my current pc:
PSU= a chinese thing with 250W
VGA= ati radeon hd 4650
CPU= intel pentium g2030
CASE= a grey one :)
RAM= 8gb Corsair
MOBO= Asus p8 h61-mx usb3
Monitor= SmartTV Sony W7 Series

Now, my new configuration.
VGA= Gigabyte r9 280x windforce 3x
PSU= XFX ts 650w (or one similar)
MOBO= AsRock h97 pro 4 or performance
CPU= Intel i5 4690
CASE= well, i really like obsidin 750d, graphite 760t, or,cheapest, cm 690 III
RAM= 8gb Corsair
MONITOR= Sony TV

I will use this PC for gaming and no overclock.
My budget is 700€ more or less (I'm in Italy)
So, what do you think, can I do better? Can I use the CPU of my current configuration for the new configuration? You all are the experts, I'm all ears!! :)
Thank you very much for all the answers!

Hi again - You had one listed in your new config that was good, but here's some, all good,
depends on your budget:

http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/xfx-power-supply-xfxts550w - Bronze efficiency

http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/xfx-power-supply-p1550gts3x - gold efficiency

http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/ncixus/evga-power-supply-220gs0650v1 - gold eff - 650w - modular

Personally, I would opt for the last. They are all very good, but I prefer modualr, allows for
cleaner...

Hi - Nice new build, you cannot use your current CPU, it won't fit into an "h97" series mobo, nor
would you want to(would hold back the 280x). If you want to save a little money,
consider the Obsidian 550d.

Hi again - Yes, your new config is fine and more than enough power, even to OC the GPU.
I merely meant you current CPU, the g2030 won't fit in your new AsRock mobo,
but the i5 4690 is fine.

You don't need a 650w unit (won't do any harm, just more $$), but whether you go 550 or 650
for PSU just insure it is Haswell ready, the i5 4690 is an Intel Haswell CPU.

Thank you very much, do you have a PSU to recommend to me (I mean name and model)?
And the mobo? Can I use the usb3? (I'm building a new PC so if you have even a single doubt about bottle neck or something else tell me...or if you would change some component...).

cleaner appearance and improved air flow that using only the cables you actually need
allows. But, more $$.

Yes, you'll be able to use USB 3.0, there is a little confusion on the specs as to whether there
will be 2 or 4 usable USB 3.0 ports. The specs list 4 usb 3.0 rear panel ports, but 1 internal
usb 3.0 header supporting two 3.0 ports. So, min 2, but prob 4 usb 3.0 ports.

But, if the case you decide on has usb 3.0 front panel ports you will have those 2 as well.
