Cooler Master Hyper T4 RR-T4-18PK-R1 120mm CPU Fan

Solution
The T4 is meant more for stock replacement solutions. It is not meant to keep an overclocked Extreme processor cool. Maybe at stock speeds it would be fine, but that CPU is capable of generating some heat...

Better than stock / mild overclocking => Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Heavy overclocking => Noctua NH-D14 or NH-D15
