Installed a new graphics card, and now the monitor won't turn on for the old or the new graphics card. So specifically what I did was unplug everything, remove the old graphics card, put in the new one and then try to turn it on. What happened at first was that it would turn on for a few seconds, the fans would spin, then it would turn off. It did this over and over by itself. I read somewhere removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard, and jumping the CMOS jumper might solve my issue, so I tried that. After that my computer would turn on, the fans would spin, the power lights would be on but the monitor would stay in sleep mode. I decided to swap my graphics card back to my old one but it did the same thing.

My old graphics card is an ASUS GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU 2GB, and my new one is a ASUS GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU 4GB.

I'm pretty sure I didn't, as I made sure everything was plugged in and I didn't hear anything short circuit.
