I'll make this quick. I have a Pakard Bell Unto sun

Pentium D Processor 3 GHz
2GB DDR2
Nvidia 7300
Hard Drive 30 GB

If I were to upgrade the ram and graphics card to a Nvidia gtx 750 and the ram to 8 GB DDR2 could I olay GTA 5 on PC at low settings? If so average FPS?

Solution
GTA V wants a fast CPU to run, with a Pentium D it will be very slow if it will even install at all.
With a Packard Bell system, you may not have a good enough power supply to run the video card, they use cheap power supplies, plus it's old, and the Pentium D uses quite a bit of power.

Not only the CPU but the RAM is too low and the drive won't even fit the game. Even if you max out the RAM and upgrade the hard-drive it won't run properly.

I suggest looking at a used newer system which will be about $150-200 for one good enough to run GTA V at lower settings and then you can get the video card.
