Fastest Video Card that requires no power AND can support displaying on 4 Monitors

Won't be gaming but still want the fastest that can.

GTX750Ti would be my recommendation, 60w total power draw meaning no supplementary power connectors required and it supports 4 monitors.

Careful as some Overclocked 750Ti versions do need extra power.

Hi okcnaline, thank you for your reply but those are workstation grade cards & very pricey, apologies I should have mentioned something a bit cheaper.

boju, thank you for your reply as well. I went to NewEgg & searched for all 750 TIs but either they only support up to 3 monitors or they require a power connector. Any chance you know of a specific model?

Yea there aren't many but this one has 4 display outputs. Newegg seems to have them in stock and also for more info link to Gigabyte's overview page saying upto 4 monitors it can support.

There is no such a thing as a GPU that "requires no power". They all run on electricity (obviously). Some require little power, but there are none that can run without any. Apart from that, you need to say what kinds of monitors you want to run and what you want to happen on the screen.

Yes that one does require a 6-pin power connector, I am looking for one without it. Any chance you know of another? Or even a card that has the 4 outputs & no power connector but is slightly slower than the 750TI

There are HD 7750s that support 3 monitors ...

BUT, some only do two -- so tread carefully.

Could try look around for the regular 750, but ive just had a looked at most of them are overclocked and 400w. Need a 300w and the only one i've seen hasn't got 4x displays.

Other gpus could try are AMD R7 series which a lot are overclocked as well.

Have you considered getting a psu to match? Would make life easier it seems the scarcity of the card you want but just a thought.

Actually I have a 850W Power supply, so that is not the issue, I just rather not have to wire an extra cable, just being anal I guess with the wiring.

What power supply is it? Surely you have an 8pin to 6+2pin? Cables should have come with the psu. Or if not modular, at least have it supplied with the wiring loom.

I reckon.. Its just a plug-in job. Unless the psu doesn't have any at all being an 850w, i would hope so otherwise. If so, he got jibbed.
