Cpu temps too high

So I just built a computer out of old parts besides the case and cleaned it. I reapplied the thermal paste 3 times and also tested with my fans on max and not on max.
I have a micro atx case ( i was thinking its because of that too)
Its an amd apu A8-5500 with stock cooler
If I gotta buy a aftermarket cooler, know any good ones that will fit in a micro atx case?

My temps are 50-60 idle and 70-90 load. Its crazy, and I can't change the fan speed of the cpu fan even in the bios.

Solution
Yep - Fan speed and Vcore is OK so you need to re-seat your cooler - new thermal paste. Or get a better cooler eg Cooelrmaster Hyper 212 evo.

Smaller that does good cooling o.o I cant fit the huge aftermarket heat sinks in my case unless i just leave the side panel off. I think its too big for the interior too lol

I already did lol, Had my friend check on it and reseat the heatsink too. I was thinking about water cooling too but the micro atx case probably doesnt support watercooling and I dont even got water cooling in my main rig XD
