Would A GTX 960 Perform In Heavily Modded Skyrim Better Than 750ti?

Probably a stupid question, but I've seen some weird things with Skyrim, especially where "top of the line cards" have nothing but issues.
As Title says. I currently have a GTX 750ti 2gb, and I'm buying a 960 4gb. Also have an FX 6300 overclocked to 4.2gh and 16gb of Corsaire Vengeance. With ENB, I get roughly 25-35 FPS outdoors and 60 anywhere inside. Will the 960 help out on the outdoor framerate?

Don't buy a 4GB 960 in my opinion it doesnt worth it.I find it too expensive for the performance.
Get a 2gb version instead or add some more money and get a 970 instead. But for skyrim a 2GB 960 would be enough for 1080p.
