Java in strange language, help?

I have been getting by with my Java being in a strange language. I have a couple of screenshots and other than the hours of entertainment you could get from trying to pronounce these ?words?, it's flat out annoying. If you know how to fix this, I'd very much appreciate your help.

Found those possible solutions with google:

Try changing your screen resolution.
Try disabling (or reducing) hardware acceleration.
Try changing the font.

Also, are you sure there aren't other Oracle/Java installations?
You can also use this to unistall Java https://singularlabs.com/software/javara/javara-download/
More over you could manually delete any java/oracle folder in your pc and reg.

Tried screen res change, no go. I could not change my hardware accel. Also, how do I change the font. I tried the JavaRa program and looked for every cleaning option I could, then reinstalled and got the same funky language. I apologize for the long period with no update.
