Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus not erasing usb storage with factory reset.

I have factory reset the device and checked the format usb storage when doing it but I still have the usb content, camera photos etc. Seems strange..

You need to perform a "Hard Reset" with the: Home, Vol. Up & Power Key

or

*2767*3855# from the Dial Pad Screen.

All Data Will be Lost
