R9 280x Display driver has stopped working and has recovered

hello guys i buy a used 280x gigabyte and i cant play games .when i open the game the it shows
a black screen and the message after this is ''Display driver has stopped working and has recovered''

please help

Most of the time this happens because of an insufficient power supply. Please send me your specs, arrange them with pcpartpicker and hyperlink.
Also, you might wanna take out your ram sticks and replug carefully( and firmly)

Thanks for the answer :) These are the specs..
The psu is one of the best in the market! I bought a used r9 280x just to be able to play until the new series of AMD become available :D

i7 5820k
gigabyte x99-ud4
evga supernova 1000 g2
western digital caviar black 1tb
ssd samsung 850 evo 250gb
cooler master nepton 240m
phanteks enthoo pro
crucial ddr4 8gb 2133 mhz
r9 280x gigabyte(used)
cooler master 240m

I will try replug the ram sticks..

Beta's are often unstable, go back to the last stable version, You might want to overclock gpu fan/ or underclock gpu if problem persists- recommend msi afterburner

Thank you Umar, i appreciate the fact that you are trying to help, but i have already tried resolving the problem in ways like those microsoft recommends and i still can not resolve it!

I think that the used card i bought from ebay must be defective!
