Hi, I have the following configuration:
Motherboard - ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
CPU - AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz box
GPU - GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 980 WindForce 3X 4GB DDR5 256-bit
Ram - 2X Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Dual Channel Kit (8 chips at 4gb)
Power Supply - CX750M ATX 750 Watt 80 PLUS
An Asus DVD Writer and a case fan (they also consume power)
I happen to have a GIGABYTE GV-N630-2GI REV1.0 lying around. What I want to know is whether or not can I use it as a Physx dedicated GPU, given my current power supply. What I've seen online is rather all over the place, either I need 500W for the 980 or it needs around 350W, etc.
Thanks in advance.
