OK so this sounds odd but I just installed a used Corsair HX1000 PSU which replaced my Corsair TX750, anyway everything else is fine BUT my sound now mostly sounds OK but has a slight hint that its underwater and seems to have lost some bass also (it sounds very much like a filter of some kind has been applied to it). I've eliminated my headset (Roccat Kave 5.1) by also trying some Sennheiser ear buds and I "think" I still have the issue.
Could a PSU cause this? I'm almost certain no other audio changes have been made.
