Can I run GTA 5 PC in Intel graphics , 4gb ram , i5 processor and 1664mb graphics.

If it is HD 4400 then 14-22fps on lowest possible settings
If it is HD 2500 then 7-10 fps on lowest possible settings
If it is HD 4600 then 20+ fps on lowest possible settings...................

It is well optimised........You would have got a 3-4fps boost if the ram was 8GB
The Game will run BUT,,,,,YOU TRULLLLLLLLY JUST CAN'T ENJOY A GAME IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 30FPS...........
