Here is the list I am currently interested in. Do you believe it offers the best bang-for-your-buck for a $700 budget build?

The main upgrades are the CPU and GPU
As you can see here the i5 CPU is better than the AMD FX: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-vs-AMD-FX-8320
And here you can see the 960 beats the R9 285: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-285-vs-GeForce-GTX-960
I also spent less on the PSU becuase the Intel and Nvidia together draw less power so you dont need a PSU as big, either way you probably spent more than needed on the PSU in the AMD build.
