My motherboard was working fine until I unplugged the monitor and 2 hours after that turned off the pc as well. I havent used the computer since then but I woke up to the blue LED power button blinking so I tried to turn it off and it did, it would however not start up again.

While I had it open trying to fix or find what was wrong the LED started blinking again randomly and the PSU fan was twitching, then It stopped doing that and hasnt done it since. I tested the PSU on an older computer of mine and it power it up and stays on just fine, out of curiosity I removed the cmos battery and put a different one in from the same model of motherboard which I had laying around, and this let me start up the computer just fine.. until when I leave it off for like 30 -45 minutes it wont turn back on again unless I swap it again. Im dumbfounded on this issue and tried searching for problems similar to it and couldnt find anything.

I appreciate your answer, I thought that too but is the CMOS battery thing not extremely strange? I discovered something while waiting for an answer. While plugged in after swapping the battery it will turn on indefinitely, same if I unplug it while its off for a short time, it will turn back on. But if I wait too long it wont turn back on after plugging back in until I swap the CMOS battery again (Between the two I have) Taking out the one that was left in after unplugging it for 1hour+ and putting it back in doesnt have the same effect, only rinse and repeat swapping.

It now refuses to turn on despite any amount of CMOS battery switching it seems.

Nah, its as if the Mobo isnt getting any power at all when its in this state, it just doesnt turn on, no fans, no LED's, but when I swapped the CMOS battery it was completely operational as far as I could tell.
