HDD: WD BLACK 1TB
CPU Cooler: NH D15
CASE: Define R5

12: 12.192

Solution
The ATX spec limit is 5%

Look for < 2 % for moderate OC'ing

Look for < 1% for high OC'ing

I can't tell if they are good or bad as the machine wasn't loaded

The 12v rail is 1.02%
The 5v rail is 4.00 %
The 3.3v rail is 1.028%

Run Furmark for 30 minutes using HWiNFO to measure Min, Max and Aver.
Run RoG Real Bench for 30 minutes using HWiNFO to measure Min, Max and Aver.

If Min or max exceed 5%, send it back. If less, you will know ya OC opportunities.
