Computer Continually Beeping When Connected

Hello people of tom's hardware I built my PC and when I turned it on it was continually beeping and nothing was happening on the screen I tried disconnecting everything but it didn't work.

My specs

Sounds like your motherboard is producing Beep/Error Codes. You need to listen to find out which beeps you have.

I believe it's the Continuous Short Beep power supply fail that we are hearing (It would make sense it is the stock Hp Power supply) I can't listen to it right now because it's my buddies computer but I'll record it and try to post it somewhere and send a link to make sure it's what i'm hearing for sure Thanks :D I'll give you the best answer after I send the link and you verify that that's the sound I'm hearing because after I select best answer people stop coming the the thread
