It's a newly (Feb. 2015) purchased WD my ultra passport 1 TB.. first it crashed all my data.. which was half the disk! it asked me to format it.. I did format it..and since then trouble begins on daily basis.. wasn't able to copy/paste any file completely from my computer to the disk ; if by chance something did get paste then I wasn't even able to delete anything from it. And now no computer is detecting it completely. They always show same notification; unable to install the drive completely. It may not work properly.
Please someone help me!

"unable to install the drive completely. It may not work properly"

That's actually a misleading error message as it's referring to a missing driver which in most cases isn't required, certainly not for basic reading & writing functions, but is required to access the drive's advanced features like password protection etc.

To suppress the error, install the WD SES Driver on every PC you intend to plug the drive in to:
http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=223&lang=en

But you can also simply ignore the SES driver error, the drive will still work for straightforward copying to or from.

As for the code 28 error - - I haven't a clue.
