Hello all,
I have 2x8GB 1866 cl9 memory (kingston hyperx savage). before I had 1600 cl9 memory.
The difference is that the 1866 is 9-10-11-27 , while the 1600 is 9-9-9-24.
the first number indicate the cas latency ,so they both are cl9. But what are the rest of the numbers and are they important as the cas latency?
I am a little dissapointed that I got low performance memory..maybe I should have invest a few more bucks to get 1866 9-9-9-27 or something? I just saw the cl9 and didn't look any further.
