Can i build a powerful gaming pc with 500$ ?

Hi whats-up!
I have 600$ right now and i need to build a pc that is capable of running GTA V, Assassin Creed's,
and so on.
So the title says 500$ right ? Well i'm not in US, so the shipping costs will be expensive, btw i'm gonna use shipito to re-ship components from amazon (since newegg don't accept that).

Anyway, i'm confused, should i go with Intel or AMD build ?
Can you please give me a powerful build without monitor, keyboard, mouse and case.

Realistically, no. You need about $100 for Windows OS, so that leaves you with about $400. For that you can build a low, mid-range PC.

At the $500 mark you are better off buying a PC locally wherever you are, and putting the $100 shipping towards a more powerful pre-built computer.

Yes because Africa is a country anyway do you have local shops that sell computer parts if you do give me their websites ill check it out and see what you can do with 500
