Hello all,

It's time for an upgrade. The old system I built 5 years ago isn't cutting it anymore. I as talking to a friend about my plans and he told me he's given up building his own, he just buys alienware now. I checked and think the prices are kind of high. I was impressed with how small their systems are though.

What is the smallest physical size case you guys have used for a gaming PC? When I built the last one the video cards were too big for mini towers, nevermind the tiny things alienware is selling.

Any pointers?

Charles

u can get alienware alpha sized cases like
http://www.lian-li.com/en/dt_portfolio/pc-q19/
these are called HTPC(home theatre personal computers).. but u can use them for gaming too.. u can fit a single gpu.. and alphas are extremely pricey for their specs.. avoid those and build your own...
