I ran a speed test and my results were here:
Ping- 64
Download Speed- 1.26 mbps
Upload Speed- 0.30 mbps
I tried to download TF2 on Steam, and I was only getting 140 kbps, i know the difference between "b" and "B" I was getting "b" and it said the game would take about 2 days to download! I had this issue for a while but when I called Verizon about this issue, they didn't do anything about it. Also, when I try downloading stuff, my ping goes through the roof, the most I saw was over 1300! Even when I am not downloading things, playing online games is almost impossible since it is very laggy. If anyone is able to help me fix this issue, it would be a big help. Also, I am using a wireless connection, but i get the same results on a wired connection too.
