Can i run Witcher 3 on AMD HD 7770 with Intel Core I7 2600K 3.4 GHz

It's all in the topic... but i wanted to know in what settings can i run as i have 8 gigs of ram... and if possible at 60 fps.

not at all. your CPU is fine, but the GPU is not. upgrade it if you want to run it.

I agree with davidarad, upgrade your GPU. If you're aiming for playing Witcher 3 at a minimum of 60 FPS on high settings, I'd suggest a single GTX 970. Or if your heart is set on AMD, go for a R9 290/290X. Personally I plan on upgrading soon to 2 x GTX 970 in SLI. My hope is that I'll be able to run Witcher 3 at 1080p in uber settings w/o hairworks at 80-100 FPS. I'm not sure that's realistic expectation with that proposed setup, but I'm sure as hell gonna try.
