i7 4790K
Noctua D14
fractal design arc midi R2 with 3 included fans
asus z97 pro gamer motherboard
Windows 8.1
I can see in task manager that during load the processor reach maximum speed of 4.32 when specifications say that it can reach up to 4.4. is there anything wrong with my system? is the cooling not enough? I didn't build it, the store which I bought the pc built it for me.
Maybe it is because of multi core operation?
