Open box and unsealed MOBO anti static bag?

hello everyone, I purchased a UD5H MOBO from newegg recently and got few ben pin... I am in the process of returning it but I don't know will they denied or not. One thing that I notice with my packing is that there is no plastic wrap around the box and the anti static bag the MOBO is in are not sealed, it just being taped by a tape. Is this normal for MOBO that they claim is "new"? Or I am just another unlucky customer that just got scammed?

In any case, it does not sound like a 'new' board. Bent pins = get a refund.

Sigh...I had read about this type of issues about MOBO when I was doing research and I do not believe it. When it finally happened at me, I had no choice but to accept the fact that these kid of defect do exist...
