I was originally going with the Asrock mobo for the blue accents that would compliment a blue-themed watercooled build, but then I saw the Asus one. I really like the built-in USB3.1, instead of the PCI Express solution Asrock is offering. The only problem is that the Asus mobo doesn't have the blue accents I'm looking for, so is the built-in USB 3.1 worth it? If I choose the Asrock, will I be missing out on alot?

USB3.1 is an infantile tech right now. By the time USB 3.1 becomes mainstream your PC will have become obsolete and you'll be shopping for a new build. Choose the Asrock or whichever goes with your themed build.
